Mr. Roegner obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Safety Management and Industrial Hygiene at Indiana State University.  He furthered his education at Saint Louis University School of Public Health, where he graduated with a Masters of Public Health Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health.  Mr. Roegner started Quantus after enjoying a prosperous tenure at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).  In addition to his vast background in industrial hygiene, Mr. Roegner has done much research in areas including indoor air quality, exposure assessment, and toxicology.  He has several publications in the area of industrial hygiene and indoor air quality.  Mr. Roegner is also a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).

Steven Rucker

Mr. Rucker is a Principal Industrial Hygienist in the firm and serves as the Corporate Safety Officer.  His responsibilities include overall safety for 220 employees involved in construction.  He also heads the EH&S group that specializes in indoor air testing. He has been practicing for 15 years and has conducted more than 500 assessments.  He has served as an expert witness and addressed numerous professional groups speaking on the topic of indoor air quality.

Mr. Rudick is a Forensic Structural Engineer with 18 years engineering experience, plus 10 years experience as a fire / water damage restoration contractor. Mr. Rudick investigates a variety of property damage claims, including the cause / source of water intrusion and resulting mold growth. He has performed roughly 8,000 forensic assignments.

Mr. Saxton is a partner in the firm’s litigation group with responsibility for the firm’s environmental practice, including mold claims. Mr. Saxton  is currently counsel in mold litigation in Ohio and Kentucky, including a class action brought against a national homebuilder involving 200 homes and a series of wrongful death suits pending against a hospital arising from mold infiltration during a construction project. In addition to the representation of individuals and companies in mold litigation, Mr. Saxton is a frequent lecturer on mold claims and related risk management. Mr. Saxton has addressed the Ohio Association of Civil Attorneys, as well as groups of architects, remediation contractors and industrial hygienists.

Mr. Scheuer is a Claims Specialist with the Westfield Group who is involved in the handling of various claims including those involving Construction Defect and 1st/3rd party mold litigation.
