If flying is your best option to get to Lexington, be sure to also look at Cincinnati (CVG); the airport is actually located in northern Kentucky and is a 80-90 minute drive to Lexington. (CVG has 55+ non-stop destinations. LEX airport is 15 minutes from downtown Lexington, with 18 non-stop routes.)

Note: There is a music festival in town and all hotels in the vicinity of downtown are showing rates in the high $200's - $300s per night on Saturday.
