Lexington Marriott Reservations

There are two Marriott hotel options.

BOTH are connected to the conference center and both are offering the outstanding rate of $159.00/night.



This rate will be honored for reservations made by May 10, 2025 (or until our room block is filled, whichever comes first.)

Please consider staying at a conference hotel and not a different property or rental.

Filling room blocks does matter for upholding our end of the negotiated conference package.

UPDATE: THE MARRIOTT HAS ADDED MORE ROOMS TO OUR BLOCK ON SATURDAY NIGHT!

If you tried to make a reservation before April 18 and were told that Saturday was sold out, please contact Marriott as soon as possible to reserve one of these rooms. (You may need to call to add it to an existing reservation: 888-236-2427)


* Note: Saturday's block is still a limited number of rooms.

There is a music festival in town and all hotels in the vicinity of downtown are now showing rates in the high $200's - $300s per night.


IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION:

  • The Marriott Conference Center is connected to BOTH the Residence Inn and the Marriott. Currently, the Residence Inn is not available on Saturday night; the regular Marriott IS available for Saturday check-in.


  • If you are trying to check-out on Thursday, please reserve by phone. The link isn't currently working for this check-out date.


  • To reserve by phone, call 888-236-2427. (Be aware if you call from your cell phone, the automated system may try to text you a reservation link. Take a deep breath... Say "No." Say "Representative" and you will get through to a Person.) Tell the agent that our code is IAI to secure our room block rate at either property.


  • The on-line reservation page has reservation links to both properties. You will need to search each one individually. To reserve Saturday night at the Marriott, there is currently a software glitch. The work-around is to first select Sunday check-in and your preferred check-out date, and let it load the availability; THEN use the edit "pencil" at the top to change the check-in to Saturday. (Yes, we hope this will be fixed soon!) If you are trying to check-out on Thursday, the on-line reservation system is not working at all - no work-around. Please call Marriott using the directions below.


  • If on-line reservations shows that the hotel is "Not Available," THIS IS INCORRECT. Please call: 888-236-2427 to make your reservation by phone. (Be aware if you call from your cell phone, the automated system may try to text you a reservation link. Take a deep breath... Say "No." Say "Representative" and you will get through to a Person.) Be sure to tell the agent that the room block code is IAI.
